13 Days of Celebrating the Earth: April 25

Celebrate the culmination of the Choose to Reuse campaign. Many students, faculty, and staff have pledged to make informed decisions about their bottled water use and to make the switch from disposable products to more durable options.

Come out to celebrate the success of the Choose To Reuse campaign.

Seniors get the chance to sign the Green Graduation Pledge and receive a re-usable travel coffee mug.

Action: Do an audit of your life – what do you rely on that is disposable, what are the options for more durable, reusable options? Reduce waste with every purchasing decision: before you buy anything new, consider how durable the item is, how quickly it will wear out and become trash, how much it will take to maintain it, and whether or not it can be recycled or sent back to the manufacturer at the end of its useful life.
