What is fair trade and why does it matter? Learn about the importance of fair trade from a student entrepreneur. Test your knowledge to win discounts on beautiful fairly traded merchandise from around the world. Cash and Deacon Dollars accepted.
Chili Cook-Off
When: 11:00am-1:00pm
Where: Manchester Plaza (Mag Quad)
Bring your best pot of chili to this local/seasonal ingredient Chili Cook-Off. Groups and individuals can enter to compete for the coveted Golden Ladle. Entries will be judged based on taste and use of seasonal and local ingredients. The entry fee is $25 and all proceeds go to benefit Habitat for Humanity.
